It does not call down miracles; it locks the fanatic into the work of killing and keeps doubt at bay. While Battle Cant is active, the fanatic gains a small bonus to accuracy, a little resistance to fear and mental disruption, and a slight boost to dodging through sheer stubborn focus. Syntax: battlecant Requires: Fanatic Cost: MOVE for use and while used. Limits: self-only; may be toggled off by using the skill again
