FANATIC Class - [FAN] Gun Sermon - Level 13 Gun Sermon is a harsh, muttered litany poured straight into the frame of a fanatic's weapon. Every squeeze of the trigger becomes another line of doctrine, hammered home at muzzle velocity. The fanatic gains hitroll. While Gun Sermon is active, each successful gunshot has a chance to rattle the target's aim and soften their damage output for a short time. The effect wont stack, but a long volley of faithful fire can leave even tough foes shaken. Syntax: gunsermon Requires: Fanatic, a gun wielded Cost: moderate MOVE for use and while used, toggle-style recovery Limits: self-only; affects gun attacks only; debuff is applied to the current target on successful hits
