OCCULTIST Class - [OCC] Skill - Level 10 You speak a low and ugly hex, letting misfortune slip beneath a target's thoughts and cling there. The curse bites at their aim, spoils their footwork, and leaves them easier to punish as the fight turns against them. Hex Misfortune is an early control curse for Occultists. It is a good way to open pressure on a dangerous enemy, soften their edge, and set up your follow-up shots while the hex is still fresh. <Syntax> hex <target> <Requires> Occultist <Cost> Devotion 2 <Target> One enemy <Effects> Deals an initial burst of damage. <Effects> Lowers the target's hitroll and dodgeroll for a short time. <Effects> Applies a brief speed penalty. <Effects> Can follow with concealed neck and knee shots if the victim survives and remains in the room. <Limits> Cannot be used on yourself. <Limits> Does not stack on a target already under misfortune. <Notes> Best used early in a fight to throw off an enemy before heavier punishment starts landing.
