OCCULTIST Class - [OCC] Mark of the Outer Dark - Level 1 You carve a lattice of crooked sigils and turn the Outer Dark upon the room. Every valid NPC caught in your sight may be marked at once. The mark is a hidden tag recognized by your gunplay, curses, and litanies, but it does no damage by itself. You may keep only a limited number of your marks active in a room. If the limit is reached, the oldest of your marks gutters out to make room for the new one. <Syntax> markdark <Requires> Occultist <Cost> Devotion 3 <Target> Valid NPCs in the room <Limits> Does not affect yourself. <Limits> Targets already marked by your hand are skipped. <Notes> Many Occultist skills gain riders or stronger effects against targets bearing your mark. <Notes> Best used at the start of crowded fights so your whole kit comes online at once.
