Mutant Description: Mutants are humanoids who have suffered the effects of radiation poisoning. In certain desert areas where the ruins and artifacts of ancient civilizations still exist, the residual radiation has caused whole tribes of nomads and primitives to mutate into wretched, distorted creatures. 90% of these cases soon die, but some survive.... Mutants are usually small and ugly, with scaly skin. They are physically weak and unhealthy, but are usually quite intelligent. The survivors often have the abilities to manipulate their mutant bodies. Later in life, they can develop psionic and other mental abilities. Skills acquired at birth: - Devour: Inherent ability used to consume corpses to regain mana. - Sneak: Inherent ability to move quietly. Grow: Mutants have the ability to alter their physical bodies. This ability becomes more pronounced with age. Mutants have the ability to grow: Grow Arms: Extra arms may give extra attacks in combat Grow Body: Provides more hitpoints and movement Grow Brain: Provides increased intellectual capacity Grow Claws: Increased fighting abilities Grow Eyes: Extra eyes help the vision Grow Fingers: For more dextrous manipulation of objects Grow Fins: Aids in swimming Grow Muscle: Increased strength and endurance Grow Scar: Heals wounds in a short period of time Grow Shell: Provides additional protection Grow Skin: Believe it or not, mutants can eat their own flesh (Usage: GROW <option> example: GROW EYES)@ Psionics: Later in life, mutants can acquire mental powers: Level 3: emit: Will produce a toxic emission on the enemy if it works. Usage: EMIT <victim>. Level 10: spew: Will produce some toxic spit and vomit on the enemy. Usage: SPEW<victim>. Level 13: psionicwave: Will produce a stunning psionic wave if it works. Usage: PSIONICWAVE <victim>. Level 15: psiattack: This skill damages the brain, organs and tissue of the victim. Usage: PSIATTACK <victim>. Armor will not help the victim of this attack, although sanctuary will. Level 25: psiblast: This is an extremely powerful psiattack which must be used with care. Although it is capable of doing incredible physical damage, it is difficult to control. Usage: PSIBLAST <victim>. Armor will not help the victim of this attack, although sanctuary will. Level 25: Due to the inherent instability found in genetic mutations, psionicwave will randomly trigger a defensive stunning mechanism during combat. Level 25: Rend: Help rend Level 40: Mind Crush: Help mind crush Level 45: Radiation Blast: Help radblast (Note: very few of these mental powers will affect machines.)
