Help: Plasma Arc Storm Name: Plasma Arc Storm Classes: CYBORG Level 25 Position: Combat Syntax: plasmaarcstorm storm Description: Plasma Arc Storm vents your internal capacitors in a violent discharge, throwing chained arcs of superheated plasma across the room. The storm hunts for valid enemies in your current room, snapping from target to target in fast waves of searing energy. Effects: - Room Assault: Strikes valid targets in the room over multiple waves. - Multiple Waves: Up to 4 waves of attacks are released in one use. - Critical Bolts: Each successful hit has a 20% chance to critically strike for double damage. - Skill Check: Each arc rolls your skill chance against each target. Missed arcs deal no damage. Costs: - Move Cost: 150 move + (10 per CyB remort), capped at 250 move. Details: - Targets: If there are no valid targets in the room, the storm will not fire. - Waves: The storm repeats its targeting cycle up to four times. - Threat: This is loud, obvious, and aggressive. Expect attention. - Recovery: Using Plasma Arc Storm triggers your normal skill wait. Additional Information: This skill is best used when you are surrounded or when multiple enemies are stacked in a room. The move cost increases as you remort, so use it with discipline during extended crawls.
