OUTLANDER Class - [OLN] Shock Wire - Level 10 Shock Wire is the outlander's ankle trap. A loop of live wire snaps low around a leg, jerks tight, and dumps enough charge through meat and bone to drop a charge cold. A successful Shock Wire deals a hard jolt of damage, then leaves the target reeling. Their steps turn clumsy, their reflexes drag, and they stagger under a brief stun and loss of speed. The hit forces a short combat lag and nicks their agility for a couple of rounds, making follow up shots and cuts land that much cleaner while they fight to get their feet back under them. On strong executions, the outlander can ride the stumble into extra strikes. If they are carrying concealed guns, the open moment may bloom into hidden neck and knee shots as ghosted pistols appear, fire, and vanish. Shock Wire will not take twice. If a target is already wired and off balance, throwing another loop only wastes stamina.
