OUTLANDER Class - [OLN] Skulk - Level 10 Skulk pulls an outlander into ruin light and broken lines. Shoulders square, steps narrow, they blur at the edge of vision. While Skulk is active, the outlander is harder to hit and slips checks that rely on a clear target, but shots land a little worse and stamina drains slightly faster as they hold the slow, low walk. Skulk is a toggle. A failed attempt just wastes a little breath. A successful Skulk lasts a few minutes before the edges catch light again. Recasting refreshes the edge rather than stacking. Syntax: skulk Requires: Outlander Cost: 25 MOVE on activation, mild ongoing drain while active.
