<Infiltrator • Level 35> <Description:> You burst a screen of grit and haze, snap a few parting shots, break target lock, then slip to an adjacent room. Damage is lighter than <Strafe>, but the exit is cleaner. <Usage:> smokescreen smokescreen <direction> (directions: north, east, south, west, up, down) <Requirements:> - You must be fighting a target in your room. - Main-hand must be a firearm with at least 1 round remaining. <What it does:> - Fires brief covering shots as you disengage. - Breaks combat and attempts to move in the chosen direction. - If no direction is given, picks a safe direction at random. - On success, you arrive under light concealment for a moment. - Off-hand firearm may add a parting shot if loaded. <Costs & Limits:> - Consumes a chunk of MOVE. - Fails if the exit is blocked or unsafe. - Leaves normal slide-lock feedback if a gun runs dry. - Standard skill cooldown applies. <Tips:> - Keep one mag ready in your main-hand before you pop smoke. - Pair with mobility or evasion tools to extend your escape.
