OUTLANDER Class - [OLN] Wasteland Calm - Level 15 Wasteland Calm is the outlander's damage control switch. When a firefight goes sideways, dust stills, heat wavers, and the drifter’s pulse drops into a slow, killing rhythm. While Wasteland Calm is active, you fight like the wastes taught you: harder to hit, harder to rattle, and harder to put down. Your dodge sharpens, your shots land truer, your hits bite deeper, and both raw damage and strange arcane effects are blunted by a hard, dry calm. The calm is a toggle. Turning it on wraps you in that wired stillness for a long stretch; turning it off lets the grit bleed out of your veins and leaves you raw to the ruin again. Syntax: calm Requires: Outlander (Prestige) Cost: skill recovery on use; no blood or ammo Limits: self only; you can carry only one layer of Wasteland Calm at a time, and recasting refreshes or ends the state instead of stacking
